'Six months after roughly 15 hours of work with Ania, encompassing childhood trauma that I had spent decades discounting, I have been surprised to find my anger falling away. It has become a matter of course for me to recognize my emotional states, verbalize my feelings and make a half-automatic/half-cognitive correction or readjustment to calm myself and avoid escalation. Truthfully, it seems like a minor miracle to have mastered skills to help me navigate toward the peaceful life that had previously evaded me.'

'I started in a place where I was prone to fits of anger, repeatedly triggered, even by small and / or seemingly random events and thoughts, as well as long-standing emotional difficulties. Worse still, at times I was so angry, I felt I looked out for triggers to justify releasing the anger. With Ania's positivity, compassion and understanding, I felt safe in sharing very difficult feelings and experiences. Over time Ania's guidance and questions helped me better understand my anger, where it came from historically and emotionally, which 'quieter' emotions it was masking, and helpful techniques to move away from reacting in anger. As a result, I've learnt to have more constructive conversations with others and myself. My relationships, while not devoid of tension, are much improved and more indicative of love and compassion’

Remote sessions.
We are all expat psychologist working remotely, primarily in Europe, however our clients are from all around the world. Sessions take place on Zoom or Meets. We work with groups and individual clients in different social settings; schools, families, businesses, and even correctional facilities.
How our work is organised: you book consultations via Acuity scheduling. During the consultation we will discuss your needs and outline our work together. Your psychologist will share their availability and a calendar link to book the sessions.
Once you book and pay for the sessions, you will receive an automatic confirmation (with your meeting link), a reminder, and your receipt.
