    Most of my clients start anger management to fix their relationships. In this course, you will learn the fundamentals needed to understand how your anger and aggression play into your relationships, as well as practical exercises to help you internalise the newly learnt information.

My name is Ania Seretny, I am a psychologist and a certified Aggression Replacement Coach - a cognitive-behavioural method aimed to help manage anger and aggression. I have worked with groups and individual clients in different social settings; schools, families, businesses and even correctional facilities all over Europe (Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, France).

I have seen my clients resolve deep-rooted anger, fear and aggression, and find understanding and peace.

This course is a collection of lectures and exercises based on my experience over the last 8 years that will be a helpful introduction to understanding your anger.
