The process

A therapeutic process is a journey of change.

We embark on this exploration together so that your memories, emotions, and experiences from the past and present can be safely processed. In the process of change, you can experience joyful moments of clarity and realisation, but change can also be effortful. I am here to do my best to support you throughout these highs and lows. For this to work, we first need to build a trusting relationship, so you can feel comfortable with sharing and exploring the depths of your consciousness and subconsciousness.

I am an observer who tries to understand your world. I will support you in the journey of understanding and experiencing by asking questions, offering psycho-education, and inviting you to complete tasks that can help you deepen the awareness of your psyche. I always try to show you your strengths and bravery for entering a therapeutic process during which you often need to face memories and stressors from your past and present. Together we can work through them to achieve the internal balance that works for you.

Starting and Ending.

The process facilitates the healing of your psyche; I will help you paint a picture of a goal we are working towards. Throughout the process we understand what is holding you back from achieving these goals independently. During therapy you understand, learn, and internalise how to work with your emotions to achieve the vision of your life that works for you. When you see that you are living the life that you like, we finish our work.
