Uncovering your potential requires self-awareness. I support you in responding to change with acceptance and presence, helping you become aware of how you shape your life and relationships. Gestalt emphasises that owning all parts of yourself fosters growth and joy, allowing you to navigate change with more energy. I offer tailored guidance for this journey.

My Experience
I obtained my master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Warsaw. After graduating, I knew I wanted to become a Gestalt therapist. I have completed four years of Gestalt therapy training, totaling 1,075 hours. This holistic approach—focused on contact, present-moment awareness, accepting life’s realities as part of oneself, responsibility, and self-support—forms the foundation of my work. I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and adolescents.
I was born and raised in Germany to Polish parents and work with individuals, couples, and families from multicultural backgrounds. This experience gives me valuable insights into the challenges associated with migration. I have also worked with chronically ill clients with various diagnoses, including severe depression, borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, and addiction. This work has given me experience in helping clients navigate mood fluctuations, rapid emotional outbursts, and extreme withdrawal as responses to helplessness.
